You can purchase a day pass either online or at the desk. If you choose to buy it online and plan to train outside staffed hours, you’ll need to download the Virtuagym app. Log in using the credentials you registered with, and you can access the gym by scanning the QR code displayed in the app.

Note: Scanning the QR code may require adjusting the angle and distance for it to work correctly. Additionally, avoid stepping into the gates before they open, as this will cause them to turn red and remain closed.

The gym is open daily from 06:00 to 00:00. Staffed hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00, and on weekends from 09:00 to 18:00.

We will have a great assortment of equipment from, Arsenal Strength, Prime Fitness, Hammer Strength and Eleiko. You will also be able to use SBD training accessories.

There will be two 4-6 person infra-red sauna’s. You will find one in each locker room.

The posing room will be a dedicated space where you can train your poses for bodybuilding competitions, but also track your own progress in a private setting with special mirrors and adjustable lighting.
