STAFFED HOURS

Unlock your potential anytime, any day! Our gym is 24/7 open. Our dedicated staff is here to guide and support you from Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 22:00, ensuring your fitness journey never hits a roadblock. From Friday to Sunday our team is available from 08:00 to 18:00 to support you if needed. Our gym remains accessible, unstaffed and open for you beyond these hours.

 

We care about your gym experience, that’s why we pick our equipment with care. We only use high quality brands like, Arsenal Strength, Hammer Strength, Eleiko and Prime Fitness.

A small selection of our machines: AS Incline Fly, AS Bilateral Leg Press, PF Leg Extension, Competition Benchs, HS Horizontal Bench Press, HS Belt Squat, AS Vertical Leg Press, and a lot more.
